ACAI (ah-sah-ee)
High levels of antioxidants called anthocyanins cause this well-known superfood to take on a sumptuous deep, purple color. This wild-grown Brazilian berry is “super” because of its antioxidant, immune-boosting and brain enhancing powers. Acai is believed to help reduce swelling, lower blood sugar levels, assist heart health and is touted as highly beneficial for general health.
CAMU-CAMU (cah-mu-cah-mu)

MACA (mah-kah)
This Peruvian super-root is well known for helping the body generate energy and manage physical stress, as well as alleviating feelings of depression. For women, Maca is said to improve perimenopause and menopause without changing estrogen levels
MAQUI (mah-kee)
Harvested by the native Mapuche Indians of Chile, Maqui easily makes the cut as a top superfood with some of the highest levels of antioxidants of any food on planet Earth. Like Acai, the Maqui berry is loaded with purple anthocyanins which are known to provide health benefits that include reduced inflammation, lowered cholesterol, improved blood sugar, gut and eye health, anti-aging effects and more.
