Shipping and Logistics

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse 1 to 3 business days from the purchase date. Shipping times may vary depending on sales promotions, weather/environmental factors, carrier delays, etc. For orders above $75, we provide free shipping within the continental United States. For orders less than $75, shipping rates within the continental United States range between $4.99 to $29.99. 

Order related issues should be reported to support@sunblisssuperfood.com within 14 days. 

For orders totalling $75 or more, we provide free shipping for you using UPS Groundsaver services.  For urgent shipments, expedited services are available for additional charges determined by your zip code.

Delivery Failure:

To avoid unnecessary shipping delays, please review your order and verify that all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order. If an item is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the item(s) less actual shipping cost. You would then be required to place a new order to receive the item(s).

Lost or Stolen Orders:

After an order has been placed, processed, and the payment has been approved, your product will ship via common carrier freight (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed shipments, deliveries damaged by the freight carriers, delays, losses, misdeliveries or other problems with shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided. If your shipment does not arrive, please check with other individuals in your household and your neighbors to see if they have your shipment. Otherwise, please proceed to contact the carrier to check delivery records. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for delivery. If you feel your delivery location is at risk, please arrange for your shipment to be delivered to a secure location.

Return/Replacement or Refund:

If there is a problem with the order after it has been delivered to you, i.e. damaged or glass is broken, tamper seal not intact, we will replace your product within 30 days of your purchase.  In order for us to do this, kindly contact us via email at support@sunbllisssuperfood.com.  

Included in your email to us, should be the following: 

  • Snapshot of your Order confirmation # located in the first email we sent you. 
  • Snapshot of your shipping confirmation # with the date it was delivered.  
  • If the order had multiple items, list which product is faulty, with a photo showing the the reason for replacement or refund. 
  • After we receive your request for a refund or replacement, we will process your refund or happily exchange your item for a new one.  Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. But, we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • Last, but not least, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and our customer service. We will do our best to expedite your return / refund by responding to your request within 24-36 hours of receiving your email.
